removing your drivE
In order for us to recover data from your failed drive it needs to be removed from your device and plugged into another desktop or laptop usually by using a basic USB cable. From that computer we will be able to conduct the data recovery. Every device is different, make sure to look up specific instructions to ensure a safe recovery of your drive.
internet connection
For our engineers to connect to your device and successfully perform your data recovery, the device needs to be connected to high speed internet. A successful recovery is not possible without a strong internet connection.
storage space
After a drive has failed, the recovered data cannot be stored on that drive any longer. Before continuing with remote recovery, make sure you have a cleared hard drive or flash drive to store the data we recover. Alternatively, you could make sure the device we are performing the data recovery on has enough space to store the retrieved data.
